Preheat the oven to 150 °C/300 °F/gas mark 2.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.
Spread out on one or two non-stick baking trays.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, stiring and turning the mixture every 10 minutes.
When it's ready the granola will be a light golden brown.
Leave to cool and store in an airtight container.
